In 2008 International Law Offices made its contribution into the large-scale printing project Getting the Deal Through series, section Shipping, by publication of the information review on Ukraine in this professional edition that is one of the influential in Europe and in the world in publication of reviews on shipping. Getting the Deal Through prepares comparative analysis for practice lawyers and corporations in different sectors of the economy in some countries.
It is noteworthy that review on the Ukrainian market in shipping was published in an edition of such type and performed by specialists of International Law Offices – by Arthur Nitsevych (partner) and Vyacheslav Lebedev (consultant).
The review was made in several trends to cover the major part of the maritime sector of the Ukrainian economy.
Moreover, it not the first experience of our experts that may call themselves real experts in this field and for some years prepare similar reviews for many professional information editions and i-net directories.

‘…Pursuant to the legislation of some countries and requirements of the Shipping Registers the yacht can be registered in the Shipping Register as a pleasure or commercial yacht.
