Artem Skorobogatov, head of the logistics sector at International Law Offices made a speech Risk Reduction Practice in Logistics.
In the speech Artem Skorobogatov defined the risks arising before the participants of transport process in the course of logistical operations.
The most painful for the cargo owners is retention of cargoes and shipping documents (Bills of Lading) by carriers and forwarders as well as the damages related to illegal actions of the customs authorities on retention of cargoes and transport, increase of the customs value of cargoes etc.

The awarding ceremony of the National Maritime Rating was held in Odessa on 25 March 2010
